Acceptance of Terms. By using https://historicpaintingedmond.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Historic Painting markets and arranges Exterior Painting, Interior Painting, Drywall Painting, Door Painting, Trim Painting, Deck Painting, Fence Painting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://historicpaintingedmond.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Historic Painting or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Historic Painting may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Historic Painting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Historic Painting's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Historic Painting from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under OK law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in OK for any related dispute.
Modifications. Historic Painting may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
